AKWESASNE — On Onerahtohkó:wa/May 24, 2017; the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Council signed TCR 2017-31 updating the Non-Member Exclusion Policy, to provide guidance and clarify procedures for the removal of a non-member.
The Tribal Council has signed Exclusion Orders for the following non-members:

- Frederick Heiserman
- Kevin M. Griffin
- Ronnie M. Jackson
- Shawn M. Tedrick
- Terry J. Murray
- Mike Hassett
- Christopher Belile
- Kent Squire Hill
- Austin Cavender
- James Trembley
- Jermaine Kidd
- Peter T. Shenandoah
- Randy L. Peck
- Richard W. Clause
- Timothy Scott
This exclusion list will continue to be updated and issued. A copy of the Non-Member Exclusion Policy can be requested from the Office of the Tribal Clerk.
